1. No Returns After Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

All products are:

  • Quality-checked before dispatch

  • Stored under controlled conditions

  • Shipped in sealed, secure packaging

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A short description of the issue

Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

 

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before payment is made.

Once payment has been verified and the order status is marked as Processing, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

4. Refunds

Because all payments are processed manually, instant refunds are not available.

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The order has not been shipped

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues

  • A damaged or incorrect item is confirmed after review

Refund method:

  • BTC/USDT payments: refunded to the original BTC/USDT address

  • Bank transfers: refunded to the bank account provided

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

 

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing:

  • Contact us first so we can initiate an investigation with the courier

  • Lost-package claims are subject to the courier’s policies

We will assist throughout the process, but compensation cannot be guaranteed until the courier investigation is completed.

 

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • The customer fails to respond to delivery attempts

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The order is confirmed as delivered by tracking or delivery service

  • More than  24 hours have passed without reporting an issue
